It exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis and is active against a broad spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, including many beta-lactamase-producing strains.

This injectable formulation is used for the treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infections in hospital or outpatient settings when oral therapy is not feasible or appropriate.

Side Effects of (XETICAM 500MG INJECTION):
