Product Information:
TIRZEE 10mg Pen contains Tirzepatide 10mg, a once-weekly dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic weight management in adults. Tirzepatide simultaneously activates glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptors, resulting in enhanced insulin secretion, suppressed glucagon release, slowed gastric emptying, and increased satiety.
The 10mg dose is a high-efficacy maintenance dose, typically used after successful titration through lower doses (2.5mg → 5mg → 7.5mg), and is associated with robust metabolic improvements.
✅ Note: This aligns with globally approved regimens (e.g., Mounjaro® for diabetes; Zepbound® for obesity), where 10mg is a standard therapeutic dose for significant glycemic and weight control.
