When Not to Use (TARLYCA 5MG TABS):

Do not use if you have:

2. Concurrent use of nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat)—risk of life-threatening hypotension
3. Severe cardiovascular disease (unstable angina, recent MI/stroke, uncontrolled arrhythmia)
4. Severe hepatic impairment or end-stage renal disease on dialysis

⚠️ Important: Do not combine with other PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, vardenafil).

4. Muscle aches, dizziness

Less common:

1. Blurred vision, eye pain
