Product Information:
TALFIL 20mg Tablets contain Tadalafil 20mg, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It enhances the effects of nitric oxide in the corpus cavernosum, promoting smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to facilitate erections in response to sexual stimulation.
The 20mg dose is the maximum approved on-demand strength for erectile dysfunction (ED), used when lower doses (e.g., 10mg) are insufficient.
Uses of (TALFIL 20MG TAB):
- Erectile dysfunction (ED) – as an on-demand oral therapy
- Not indicated for daily use or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)—lower doses (2.5–5mg) are used for those indications
Key Benefits of (TALFIL 20MG TAB):
- Effective within 30–60 minutes of intake
- Longest duration of action among PDE5 inhibitors—up to 36 hours (“weekend pill”)

- Proven efficacy in men with diabetes, post-prostatectomy, or severe ED
How To Use (TALFIL 20MG TAB):
- Take as needed, 30–60 minutes before sexual activity.

- Do not take more than once per day.
- Sexual stimulation is required for an erection to occur.
💡 Note: 20mg is the maximum recommended dose. Do not exceed once daily.
When Not to Use (TALFIL 20MG TAB):
Do not use if you have:
- Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any excipients
- Concurrent use of nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat)—risk of life-threatening hypotension
- Severe cardiovascular disease (unstable angina, recent MI/stroke, uncontrolled arrhythmia)
- Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C) or end-stage renal disease on dialysis
⚠️ Important: Do not combine with other PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, vardenafil).

- Maximum on-demand dose: 20mg as needed, prior to sexual activity
- Frequency: Once per day maximum
