O BLOOM Sachet is an oral rehydration and electrolyte replacement powder designed to manage dehydration due to diarrhea, vomiting, fever, or excessive sweating. It contains a scientifically balanced mix of glucose, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, citrate), and sometimes zinc or vitamins, formulated according to WHO/UNICEF ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) guidelines.

Each sachet is intended to be dissolved in clean water to restore fluid and electrolyte balance quickly and safely.

Uses of (O BLOOM SACHET):

1. Treatment and prevention of dehydration caused by acute diarrhea (including rotavirus, cholera)
2. Rehydration during vomiting, gastroenteritis, or heat exhaustion
3. Fluid and electrolyte replenishment in febrile illnesses or post-exercise
4. Adjunctive support in mild to moderate dehydration in children and adults

How To Use (O BLOOM SACHET):

1. Empty one sachet into 200ml of clean, potable water (use boiled and cooled water if safety is uncertain).
2. Stir well until completely dissolved.

5. Children 2–10 years: 100–200ml after each loose stool
6. Adults & older children: As needed to replace losses (typically 200–400ml per episode)
7. Continue breastfeeding or regular feeding alongside ORS.

⚠️ Do not mix with milk, juice, or soft drinks—this alters electrolyte balance and reduces effectiveness.

When Not to Use (O BLOOM SACHET):

Do not use if you have:

1. Severe dehydration with shock (requires IV fluids)
2. Ileus or intestinal obstruction
3. Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient
4. Unconsciousness or inability to drink

🆘 Seek emergency care if:

1. No urine for 8 hours
2. Sunken eyes, dry mouth, lethargy
3. Blood in stool or high fever
4. Vomiting everything repeatedly

Side Effects of (O BLOOM SACHET):

Generally very safe when prepared correctly. Rare issues may include:

1. Nausea (if consumed too quickly)
2. Mild bloating
3. Hypernatremia (only if mixed with less water than directed)

Always follow mixing instructions precisely.

Dosage: (O BLOOM SACHET):

1. Prepare fresh solution each time
2. Discard unused solution after 24 hours (or 6 hours if kept at room temperature)
3. Continue until diarrhea stops (usually 3–5 days)

Warnings & Precautions:
