Product Information:

NEBIL 10mg Tablets contain Nebivolol 10mg, a highly selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker with additional vasodilatory properties due to nitric oxide (NO) release. Unlike traditional beta-blockers, nebivolol lowers blood pressure without significantly affecting heart rate at rest and improves peripheral blood flow.

This higher-strength formulation is used for moderate to severe hypertension or as add-on therapy in patients not controlled on lower doses.

1. Treatment of essential hypertension (alone or in combination with other antihypertensives)
2. Management of chronic stable heart failure (in select patients, as adjunct to standard therapy)
3. Off-label: Migraine prophylaxis, essential tremor

4. Cardiogenic shock or severe hypotension
5. Severe hepatic impairment
6. Hypersensitivity to nebivolol

Rare: Cold extremities, sleep disturbances, erectile dysfunction.

Serious (rare):

1. Worsening heart failure (in unstable patients)

3. Severe bradycardia or hypotension
4. Discontinue and seek help if shortness of breath, fainting, or chest pain occurs.

Dosage: (NEBIL 10MG TABLETS):

2. Heart failure: Start at 1.25–2.5mg; 10mg only in selected stable patients
3. Elderly or renal impairment: Start low (2.5–5mg); titrate slowly

Drug Interactions:
