MONTIGET 10mg Tablets contain Montelukast Sodium 10mg, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that selectively blocks cysteinyl leukotriene receptors (CysLT₁) in the airways and other tissues. Leukotrienes are inflammatory mediators that cause bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion, and airway edema.
