Common: Luminous visual phenomena (phosphenes—bright spots or halos around lights), bradycardia, headache, dizziness.

Rare: Atrial fibrillation, blurred vision, fatigue.

Serious (rare):

1. Severe bradycardia (heart rate <50 bpm)
2. Worsening heart failure (in unstable patients)
3. Discontinue and seek medical help if syncope, severe dizziness, or visual disturbances interfere with daily activities.

Dosage: (IFD 50MG TABLETS):
