Product Information:
GABICA 25mg Capsules contain Pregabalin 25mg as the active ingredient. Pregabalin is a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) analog that binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This reduces the release of excitatory neurotransmitters (e.g., glutamate, substance P, noradrenaline), helping to modulate nerve pain, seizure activity, and anxiety.
This low-strength formulation is primarily used for dose titration, elderly patients, or individuals with mild symptoms or renal impairment.
