How To Use (FERFIX FA 100MG PLUS 0.35MG TABLETS):
- Take 1–2 tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals) with water or orange juice (vitamin C enhances iron absorption).
- If gastric upset occurs, take with a small amount of food (avoid dairy, tea, coffee, or calcium-rich foods within 2 hours, as they inhibit iron absorption).
- Continue for 3–6 months or as directed to replenish iron stores, even after hemoglobin normalizes.
When Not to Use (FERFIX FA 100MG PLUS 0.35MG TABLETS):
Do not use if you have:
- Hemochromatosis or other iron overload disorders
- Anemia not due to iron deficiency (e.g., hemolytic, aplastic, or megaloblastic anemia without iron deficiency)
