When Not to Use (COVAM PLUS 10/160/25 TABLETS):

Do not use if you have:

3. Anuria or severe renal impairment (eGFR <30 mL/min)
4. Hepatic impairment, cholestasis, or biliary cirrhosis
5. Electrolyte imbalances (hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia)
6. History of gout (hydrochlorothiazide may elevate uric acid)
7. Concomitant use of aliskiren in diabetic patients
