When Not to Use (CELBEXX 100MG CAPSULES):

Do not use if you have:

3. Active peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding
4. Severe heart failure, recent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, or ischemic heart disease

Side Effects of (CELBEXX 100MG CAPSULES):

Common: Headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, or peripheral edema.

Serious (rare): Cardiovascular thrombotic events (MI, stroke), severe skin reactions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome), hepatotoxicity, renal impairment, or GI perforation/bleeding. Discontinue immediately and seek medical help if chest pain, shortness of breath, jaundice, or black/tarry stools occur.
