BEMPEGET 180mg Tablets contain Fexofenadine Hydrochloride as the active ingredient, a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors. Unlike first-generation antihistamines, fexofenadine does not cross the blood-brain barrier significantly, resulting in effective allergy relief without causing drowsiness. BEMPEGET is used for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

BEMPEGET 180mg Tablets are indicated for:

1. Relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), including sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, and nasal congestion.

3. Long-term control of allergy symptoms in adults and adolescents.

How To Use (BEMPEGET 180MG TABLETS):

Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to fexofenadine or any excipients. Use with caution in severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min)—dose reduction may be needed. Not recommended for children under 12 years for the 180mg strength. Avoid in patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption (if lactose is present in formulation).

Common: Headache, mild dizziness, nausea, or fatigue (rarely drowsiness).

Rare but serious: Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, anaphylaxis), palpitations, or sleep disturbances. Discontinue and seek medical help if you experience difficulty breathing, facial swelling, or severe skin reactions.

Warnings & Precautions:

Drug Interactions:

Fruit juices (apple, orange, grapefruit) ↓ absorption → reduced efficacy.

Antacids containing aluminum/magnesium ↓ fexofenadine levels if taken within 2 hours.
